We start the process by getting to know you, your business and your needs. We then ask the most important questions in a tailored client portal after which we hop on a call and go through your answers. This helps us get the full picture and leaves no room for misaligned visions. As part of the brand strategy, we research the market, your competitors and the best approach for you to help us make better-informed design decisions. You get a 360 vision.

OUR PROCESS
Every client and project is unique to us. But there are some steps we like to stick to, to make our collaboration as smooth and efficient as possible. Not to mention the ease of mind knowing what's next on our to-do list.

STEP 1 | Discovery & strategy
For any of the projects you might approach us with, we will always make sure to set up a discovery call and go through all your materials and needs. After that, we will set up a strategy - for your brand, for the product or simply for how we will proceed in our collaboration. We don't want any surprises, transparency and communication are key.

STEP 2 | Creative direction
Before we start designing, we will research and put together 2 creative directions in the form of a mood board so you have a clear understanding of the visual direction we want to take your project. These mood boards are ALWAYS based on the previous stage of discovery and strategy. You will then have the option to choose one of the mood boards and we will use that as our inspiration when designing for you.

STEP 3 | Concept presentation, feedback & revisions
Once we've put together a concept for your brand, project or product, we will showcase this in a presentation where we explain our design-thinking and decision-making. We will then ask for your honest opinion based on which we can revisit the concept and amend any bits that you might feel need changing.

STEP 4 | Add-ons & extras
Once the concept is signed off any extras like thank you cards, packaging or social media templates will be designed.

STEP 5 | Handover & off-boarding
Yay, the project is complete! Now we can send you all the files and agreed deliverables. BUT this doesn't mean our collaboration ends here. We're super keen on working with clients long-term so just because we've finished one part of our visual journey, we'd love to be there for you should you need us in the future. Speaking of, did you know we offer a check-in at 3 or 6 months to offer you one additional change should you need it?
